180days passed, not getting funds released
Hello everyone.
Need help. My paypal was limited more than 250 days. After 180 days they never send email that I can withdraw my funds. I have contacted them and tey asked for id and proof of address. I have sent documents to them and they REFUSED!! paypal wants another id and utility bill. Logically how poeple can have another id? Is there ways to let my funds out? Account is Uk. Do you know any US paypal numbers who can help with uk bassed account? Thanks in advance |

Well, I see that you live in a different country than the UK, did you actually give them the documents based on your original country? Or the UK? |

Same story here. Absolutely legit ID card, which once removed one limitation of this acount was refused. Then Passport - refused. Birth certificate - refused. |

| The account is Bulgarian. But because it is Eu is under PP UK branch. Support is also from their side. I have tried also contacting PP US. Without any help. Account has only one transaction which was subject of not received ; not as described disputes and chargeback. All of them, were decided in my favor, more than 180 days ago. Transaction is more than 280 days ago, limitation more than 240 day ago. Part of the money are already withdrawn before this second limitation. |

| Send them some sort or legal email some sort of wording giving PayPal 14 days if they fail to release funds will take PayPal to court |

I had 6 accounts limited with money for more than 180 days, no automatic email... I called them and they released immediatly.. Sometime you dont find the right operator, if he start making excuse hang and try again... In a day i did for all 6 |

Never leave large amounts funds in your PayPal only leave what you can afford to loose. 😬 |

This is their strategy (use users' money and not the company's). Amazon and Paypal are clearly doing this, deploying some user's cash to grow their companies cuz why not? Nobody is gonna do **** about it! |

Yeah, everybody has been saying the 180 day hold is no big deal.

A little update.
Today, i received an emai,l saying that i'm able to withdraw funds from the account.
The reality is that still can't add a bank account to witdraw the funds.
But tomorrow, i will call the again. Now i have some base to push them :nerd::d |

I've got the funds, released.
They are already in my bank account :violin:
So I have a picture in my head why this happened. Few weeks ago, i just realized that the DOB in PP was with typo error (1 day difference), so most probably for this reason they were rejecting the documents.
Finally, i uploaded another documents for completely different person. Just called them, saying i was not comfortable to disclose my genuine information in internet and i registered the account with false info.
They reviewed the docs and received release funds email.:noidea: |
