I waited 72 hours and still can't send payment
 

I've waited over 72 hours. had VCC + VBA added Hungary account. I was trying to send lower amount 20€ (I recieved 300) and still couldnt do it... tried with 5 € still nothing I am not able to call paypal since its with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and I used a woman name, what should I do?

no it was different account and the payment was NOT from me!!! payment was from a guy who buys skins, he is from a different country aswell... (I had 0 issues with that account before)

Difficult to follow - you received funds from a guy who buys skins and you want to use those funds right?

yes I got from a dubai guy, his paypal is verified with ID + address proof and his company papers too.. I want to use the paypal balance

we already answered that in the other thread you opened m8... it takes time until paypal trusts you and 72 hours is just not enough... calculate with 2-3 weeks.
