us paypal accounts withdrawal caps inside info

new info feb 2018,

5 of my USA paypal accounts....

1. 11,300 - wont let me add bk until i answer public database info can only get a check.
2. 8,000 - added over the phone from customer rep original phone # verification code sent
3. 8,000 - link online bk account
4. 10,200 - added over the phone from customer rep original phone # verification code sent
5. 5,800 - easy to add bk acct online


from my observation,

if the amount is literally over 10k.......they will only allow you to add a bank account if you can answer public database questions to verify identity. you will have to go to the check route to get the money out.

So the accounts over 10k are causing you issues to add bank account via the PP website? Why let the amounts get so big anyhow?

I was doing something special with my accounts.........and i made a mistake......wont make that mistake twice.
