paypal limited when i recieved payment
 

I recieved payment 250$+ payment and it instatnly got limited and requied ID + address (it was stealth account)

2 weeks old account, VCC verified, Hungary as country, 3 payments was on the account.

What could be the problem? can someone help me please?

I mean is that some kind of "new" security stuff? the buyer is not that "trusted" paypal account user I mean he deosn't really use paypal a lot just to buy things.. what can I do with the money so?

I really don't know how you made your account... I don't see you have studied the stealth guide yet either.

So it's really tough to guess just based on the minimal things you told us.

If you want me to guess.... 3x $250 is quite a bit of money, plus Hungary isn't really a trusted country in PP's list.

It is not just a matter of country.

What about a bank account to get funds?

Are you selling on ebay?

No I am selling manually, csgoskins but mostly I get my payment from a website called bitskins.com (they never refund anyone its a legit company)

It could be any number of reasons.
My thinking is the reason is the age of the account (being VERY young) and accepting multiple high value payments ($250 is very high for such a young account - let alone 3 of them).
Add to that the possible suspicious nature of those payments (to paypal), the possibility of them having been sent as personal payments (were they?) and the account never stood a chance.

A few red flags stick out... Mainly a new account, 3 x high limit payments and no bank account on file.

They are protecting themselves, making sure you are a legit user.

On a new account you need to start selling slowly, build up to high value transactions once you have an established selling history and built that trust with paypal.

Then you are more likely to not receive limitations and doc requests.
