Paypal Limited - Unique Scenario

Ok, so like numerous other "new" paypal users I had my account limited recently after selling a large number of items in a short period of time. They have requested invoices, supplier contact info, etc. etc. I have provided everything to them, but they have not "accepted" the invoices yet to provide sufficent evidence for proof of goods. In addition, the shipping information that I gave them has not been delivered yet. All fine and good so far. Here is my question:

Of the 100 or so items that I sold, there are only 6 of them that are "pending" or "on hold" and waiting for my proof of inventory, etc. What happens if I refund those 6 transactions and email the buyers saying it was some mistake or something and have them pay a different invoice? If all 6 transactions are refunded will Paypal lift the limitation? I tried with one transaction and when the guy paid again it went into my available balance, not my pending balance.

My hesitation is that paypal will see I refunded only the items in question, and put a further limitation or freeze the account altogether. The other pain in the but part is I can use paypal multiorder shipping to process my shipping lables, so if they don't release the hold then I have to manually print all of these labels.

Any thoughts or previous experiences are appreciated. Thanks.

Paypal does not really like the refunding of buyers. Looks kind of bad on the sellers part for not shipping goods the seller sold. If you ship the goods you should be alright.

I'm definitely not a Paypal expert but I don't think they will lift the limitation for the refund.

You could refund your customers and invoice them from a completely different non-linked Paypal (verified) account and then withdraw that to a new bank account that is not linked to anything else.

It works. I just did it. Just a warning though, it has been said that doing this too many times will also bring on another limitation. YMMV.
