PP limited Account Locked
 

Few days back have added bank account to limited account that is ready for withdrawal
Now when I tried to log in or reset password,it is not allowing me to..got am error message to 'contact us' to resolve (paypal)

Is there any PP support email to contact

I can not call them

You would have to email them from within your Paypal account, so you're going to need to call. Why can't you call if the account is already dead?

cos,the account is on a female name and I am not !

It's not a big deal. Tell them you're on HRT if the rep is brave enough to ask. You don't really have any other option.

Yea, just say you are "transitioning" if they ask...

a lot of times you'll get a monkey that doesn't know what they are talking about or just don't want to help. So if you can try until you feel lilke you got someone who can and will do something to help, it'd be good.

You can call definitelly and in the case that somebody notice that you re male instead of a female account be ready with a woman beside of you that will have teach her to give just the name (of account holder offcourse) on the phone rep by using the excuse that owner of account dont speak english.
It will work.
