Paypal - Just got a Medium level limit, 100% stealth account - can be solved?
Just got a Medium level limit, 100% stealth account - can be solved?
Paypal is asking for:
social sec proof
drivers license proof
address proof
Its a medium level limit, I was immediately allowed to transfer a small amount of money.
It doesn't say how much time I have. How much time do I have here?
Are these limits fairly easy to get past with uploading foo docs?
Any general advice on getting past this specific limitation?

I would transfer funds and start new.
You can try submitting fack docs but the time required to do that vs. starting new is your decision.
Anything a account has a flag like this, it's better to start new. |

If I were you I'd empty the account 100% before the new UA updates take affect. |

| AFAIK it's only for US accounts.
Implications of the update:
- only verified users will be able to send money or pay for items
- "verification" will no longer mean just adding a tax ID or bank account but will instead require DB questions to be answered
- if PP is unable to verify your identity you'll only be able to transfer your PP balance to an attached bank or card
There's a lot of uncertainty right now about what's going to happen. |

I can tell you that paypal has made getting your money much harder today on limited accounts. GET YOUR MONEY NOW!
After you get your money, call paypal and ask them what the problem is. Odds are they will not need everything they requested. Just one or two things. Usually a tracking number and ID or ID and source of supplies. |

Hopefully it is just these two accounts. My sense is that today, paypal just stole a few grand. It will cost them.....I can assure you that LOL:fight::fight: |

OH and to request a check, YEA RIGHT! they gather all the information and then wont process the card. Burned a real address, bank card and bank trying to get $1785
Going to try calling in and adding both to see if that works. It appears that they are gathering as much information as possible yet not allowing the money to be released. |

Had this limit for about 6 months now - no issues so far.
PP gives this limit when they can't verify you in the database and when they project your sales to be over 200/20k. |

| The era of PP stealth is slowly coming to an end. It wont happen over night but get it eventually down to bank regulations for PP accounts |
