Does ebay share shipping address with paypal ??
 

Since I cannot get out the money in Paypal I plan to spend it, Its a paypal stealth account so on ebay if i change shipping address to mine will they share it will paypal ? my actual address is linked to a suspended paypal.

I would imagine so. I used PayPal and sent an item to a different address and that address was then automatically added to the PayPal account.

Address is shared - one time may not cause problems but...it's not ideal.

Why don't you withdraw to a bank account?

If you're paying with Paypal, eBay doesn't HAVE to share the address! Or maybe I am misunderstanding you...

If it's an eBay transaction (purchase or sale) the address is definitely shared with PP, along with a bunch of other data.

This data sharing is not unique to PayPal, most other merchant gateways (e.g. Authorize.net) also share the sales data with the Merchant Bank, etc.

YES! I can say they for sure do, and have been linked by having a single item shipped and just putting the old address in the "ship to" side of Ebay. I think it's especially touchy if they have a record or history of problems with the address on file. I put the address just in my "ship to" section on Ebay as I was checking out, sending some window treatments to the house I used to live at but put up for sale (the address of my original problem account, and then the other two linked and suspended accounts I had tried to start over on before I found the Stealth Guide) and the next day I had a soft limitation where they were requesting information to confirm my (stealth) ID even though it was years old and reasonably active.

I would not risk it unless it's the last few bucks in your account, and you're willing to burn the address or account you're using with a link. That's just from my experience.

Yes. the address....wont matter......use a different IP and name....you will be fine.....
