Withdrawing via debit card
 

Hi I'm planning to make a stealth account under a made up name and address. I'm just concerned about how I would be able to withdraw money since I will be using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address. Do withdrawal from us bank accounts or debit cards require same name and address as our paypal name? If it's not possible to do would you recommend to make a new account under legit name and address or is there's any other alternative to withdraw the money from the account? Thanks!

You can withdraw to a bank account because PayPal will not see the name on it.
You need to use a bank which allows withdrawals in mismatched names.

Is this a US account? Is withdrawal to Debit Card allowed?

You will not be able to withdraw to a debit card since adding it would require the card to pass the AVS check - which it cannot cause the address wont be a match.
you WILL be able to add you own bank account though since that doesnt require an address match and paypal cannot see the name of the bank account owner.

I was hoping that I would be able to withdraw with my debit card since its way faster. But at least I will be able to withdraw through bank account. Thanks for your reply anyway!
