Paypal limited my acc and opened disputes.

PayPal opened disputes against payments, all my payments I made and asking sellers for proof what they sold me.... people pm me why I opened dispute when I didnt lol... What can I do? I called them that everything was perfect and he told me that he forward it to someone what can I do? any chance paypal close it?

edit: There is NO chance to me to answer/close this cases, it says "Actor: PayPal"...
