PP asks me Describe the products and/or services associated with my transactions.

Lately I have been using my real paypal to buy stuff but today it asks me to Describe the products and/or services associated with my 3 PayPal received money transaction/s
1 transaction sent me $500 without writing anything and chose "family friends"
1 was my stealth account which I sent many times over $200 to my real pp and chose "family friends"
1 is that I sent an invoice choosing "Service" and payment was made to me.


Should I reply to the email or call them but what should I tell them?

Speak in phone and explain to them. Its better than explain in email.

Can I say "they came to my country to stay at me and made their payment through paypal"?
Does pp contact the other users to confirm what I say?

Its new information whats happen to you. I didnt hear it before. I dont think they can ask them because you earned money. But i dont know exactly and if you can all said to paypal the same things if they verify to all.

I agree Ringing them is a decent option. Before you ring try to add a tracking number (postage sent) to one of the payments thats shown. Even if its you own address, it will just help build a picture, that it was a genuine payment/service. Paypal are looking for any potential loss that might occur, so that should soothe them a little. Write everything down before you make the call.

It's funny how PayPal has the time to review each and every transaction like this from millions of people around the world.
