180 passed, Cant link bank on Paypal
 

Hi

Need help..I have Canadian Paypal and I am not able to link bank account to withdraw funds.

I have 81k stuck and when calling paypal, they just keep ignoring. I talked to supervisors and they said keep trying, nothing they can do.

The paypal doesn't have bank linked and i have already got email to withdraw funds...

What should i do?

81k. Congrats on the business. I'd use every bank I have to try to get it out and keep calling and asking for supervisors . They can also mayb mail you the check.

Confirm you are in Canada, please. (I am pretty sure you are though).
Why are you having a hard time, especially from supervisors?
Do they have a language barrier?

Have you got a bank ready to attach?

If you did not have a bank account attached BEFORE being limitted, paypal has made it pretty hard to get your funds.

How were you getting your money without withdrawing to a bank?

Usually you can call in and add a bank account with a paypal rep unless they think you committed fraud.

Because if someone else needs the information, which i do not know if it works or not, could pm me and i'd tell them. Not ego. Just trying to help, if i had 81k tied up in paypal i'd be having **** fits. i once withdrew 850 to a VBA and it WENT THROUGH! I got lucky and filed a unauthorized activity request and paypal recovered it. My point.. i freaked out over $850 i cannot imagine how 81k feels.****, i'll go to wally world to save a buck on a case of soda!

i dont think they will release the money......i heard paypals outside of USA dont do checks.......

unless you have real ID docs to send them to confirm your identity and if they accept then you can add a bank to withdraw funds.....

if its a stealth account, should do background research on the name and address and go to that persons house and tell them they won a $2000 lottery and you need their ID to claim the winnings......hahahaha then use their ID to upload to paypal........wishful thinking.....pay them the 2k in a form of a check from a LLC setup by you showing Lottery XXX LLC and his name.....so he believes its completely legit and share 2k of it for his identity information to play paypal over.....to get the bank attached and get all the funds out.

if I had 81k stuck in one paypal I will pull all the stops.......

you can kiss the money goodbye...you should have seen how hard it was for me to get 11.3k funds out a paypal account......here in usa......i have to get my funds in checks....i am very very fortunate......i learned my lesson.

The words Canadian paypal did not mean anything?

theirs only 1 way to get the money from a canadian paypal.

add a bank and withdraw funds.

paypal will ask just about every inch of identification available............

I know from experience, I had to add banks to limited paypals with only 500-1000 bucks they did not even bat an eyelash and just adjusted the system to let me add the bank account.

when it was 5k+ then it was oh we need to do phone verification.......

10K+.......public database questions..........

so 81k in 1 paypal......be prepared to send them a hair sample, urine sample, blood sample, every ID from the first grade..........and probably have to go to paypal headquarters and sit down with them.......:bounce: and even then....probably have to call a lawyer and take them to court.......

Only way to get info from OP is to pry - sadly :( we don't have the crystal balls in effect.

You have to call with a newby buyer type way about you. The person on the phone hasn't looked deeper yet on how the money got there (kind of items etc) explain that you tried to send money to your brother and it froze up after a long time the money sat there. Explain that you don't blame PP for being so cautious then proceed to tell them a fault credit card charge that happened to you once way back, color it up and joke with the PP monkey. They will think you are just a plain old customer and all. Remember to send them your I.D. an hour or so before you call so when he looks he see's that you are honest so they won't ask for more so you can enter your bank details right then. Try to have him walk you through the process etc..you may even save the PP, I have. I have done this a few times even after yelling at them for keeping my money on previous calls earlier in the week with another monkey! If it doesn't work you try it again and again (on other days and times) I don't think they keep tabs on that. Always be nice and don't act scared. They have to see if you are a scammer so play friendly dumb. Change your password a couple of times before you call so they know it's the real owner of the acct. And mention how you get in but had problems as a newby.

I called paypal few times...no luck..talked to supervisor, they said, they cant help me...

I have tried adding 2 frech bank and keep getting error message " We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."

I have given them my Photo ID and Bank statement as well..They cant send me cheque, cause its Canadian paypal. They only send cheque to US paypal.

One of the supervisor said, I can contact a lawyer and they need to write to Paypal in California.

I am stuck, I guess...

May i ask..Knowing what you know with paypal. How could you leve 81k in there to get limited? Did you fulfill all those orders ? Were you selling accounts or something and just didn't do withdraws ? Me, as someone who pays for inventory, i never let it go above 4-5k now. I have one that's coming up next month that's like 3-5k range, has a bank already on it, but doesn't mean i don't worry

Well this worked for me one time. Make a law firm up letter with one of your phone numbers and a nice looking email address. Mail them a lawsuit threatening letter. Google examples so it sounds legit. Send many different ones every other day.Make the address a suite in a big law office building that houses many independent lawyers Don't give up your money to those thieves.

if the account is real and is in your legal name.....and your obtained the money legally.......you can straight up sue paypal in court and just represent yourself.

Sue them for more money on top of that because of the court costs as well.....they will budge at that point.....

go look for the closest news channel and tell your story to them to air it on TV and send it to them.....they will budge if its on TV that they are illegally withholding your money after 180 days....
