possible to re-open paypal limited?
 
hello
i got the limited account for 180 days,after that they let me to withdraw my funds..but account is still limited.there is a way to reopen? i need to use this account again.

No way to open it again but its already toast in the case that there was 1 in a million possibility for opening back.
