paypal limit again! What I did wrong?

I use my father's new bank account to create a paypal account. I use a wrong address( because ebay already know My current address).

The paypal-bank account is verified by 2 small ammount payment.

I use the paypal several weeks

then I create a new ebay, new name, new address(⊗⊗⊗⊗ my home), new phone number and pass the verification, other credit card, new IP address, delete all cookie.

I sold several item, looks fine.

However , paypal limit me because their REGULARLY screen.

'Sold several items' for how much money? Your account is new and if 'money' comes into it, paypal has a habit of limiting the account. If they asked for details to remove the limit, supply them:peace:

I think that you have not done anything 'wrong' but just do not understand paypal. Others here have had accounts limited for $5.00. Most of us have limits 'cos of paypal.

may I use a new email address link to my old paypal account(verified 2 years)?

This time, in ebay I just sold about 20 dollar X 5, about 100 dollar; and my personal receive about 400 dollar.

Maybe because I withdraw all un-hold money?

Maybe they tried to call you and didn't answer?

If that 'old paypal account' is linked to a suspended ebay account, it may never be used again for ebay purposes.

Have you a 21-day hold or a limit because they checked the transactions? You should always leave money in paypal.
