Got limited by PayPal...

I registered this account using my REAL personal information (CC, Bank Account). However, I still owe eBay $90 which is supposed to be payed through PayPal. I am really very unhappy on this decision. Do I have to pay this amount? If I don't, will that cause any bad results? Thanks!

They will take this money out of your paypal account. If there are insufficient funds in your paypal account they will take it from you backup source (Credit Card or Bank Account.)

So did they shut you down with no chance of getting back up and running? Were you selling knock-offs? That email is pretty harsh it looks like.
