Paypal limitation, email reminders

Hello,
Have noob question. My two paypals are limited for about 3-4months.
On both i am receiving reminder emails every month "Reminder – Action needed to restore account access" .
Does my limitation 180 days started count on the first limitation (4 months ago), or counting again after last reminder? Thanks

It starts from the last date of payment received even if it was after you were limited. Whatever the last payment date was is the start of the 180 days usually.
