Your paypal account is toast as it's intangible goods. Do you have any idea what triggered them to limit your account ? You can try being honest but I can see them not liking that business model.
I sell high risk electronics (legitimate ebay / paypal account about 15 years old) but I went in to a negative balance for 24 hours and that triggered paypal to review my account and they basically asked me to write a report about everything from who my suppliers are, how I ship etc etc.
Thankfully I passed. This was this time last year.
But since then I have been trawling these forums ready to go stealth if I ever need too as I can't trust ebay even being a legitimate seller. They seem to do things as and when they like. One day you can be doing so well, the next day you'll be signing on for benefits because ebay decide to shut your business.
