PayPal Limited Doc's Under Review
 

Hi had my PP for a little over a year, an outta no way 5 days ago on 4/26 got limited, they asked me to provide some Doc's witch i did on the 26th i gave them.

Invoice
The doc's where in Process, untill yesterday morning they changed till (Submitted for review) My question is how long does it take for them to complete, I was told on the 26th that it would take 24-48hrs it's been 5 days ago, should i call them to speed up the process or wait it out?

It can take forever. One account of mine has had docs pending review since 2016. Call them if you're confident on the phone. ;)

Look call them what have you got to loose, if you loose the accounts then open new ones don’t be scared 😱 I’m always calling but then again I’m confident but if I was you call them and if it gets tricky put the phone down. But I’ve called on many cases and issues resolved and accounts running again as per usuall.

paypal reorganized their limitation departments team with people here in the US handling the limitations.......

in the past it was outsourced to the filipinos and they did not care much more easy going and laid back.....

but now with american workers they are taking a closer look.....I found it hard to clear limitations..........

I agree that if you’re confident and a smooth talker, call them. I had my account limited earlier this week. Got them the documents they requested and called them as soon as I submitted them. If you’ve got documents that you’re pretty sure will pass inspection, it seems to be a fairly painless phone call.

However, I will say if you’ve got any money in the account get it out as soon as the limit is lifted! I received an e-mail this morning that the account was permanently limited, but,thankfully, I got nearly $800 of funds out before it was limited permanently. Still a couple hundred dollars left in there, but atleast my bank account has an extra $800 this morning!

Are you telling him never to restore it or are you saying they'll never restore it?

You need to check your emails you'll find an email stating you're permanently limited it doesn't take more than a few hours to review docs. Once they permanently limit you it will still show that they're submitted for review.

One thing I've found out is don't speak unless asked. Even when asked only answer the question. Not so sure that you'd call this smooth but it's the best tactic. Bellicose people oftentimes think they're smooth when in fact they talk too much.
Plus use some common sense. If your name is Tina Jay don't call in if you're a guy.

If your stealth name is Tina Jay the paypal rep will know your either a tranny or porn star so your voice wont matter. :laugh:

paypal is asking me for invoices. can someone please help me or guide me to who I can contact who is a pro with this?

I lost an account once they asked for docs - sent in my docs and account was still shut down - that account is dead time to start over which is why I now have so many PP accounts don't put all your eggs in one basket

You are pretty much toast, I uploaded legit docs and they still cancelled me. Really depends on what you are selling. Ebay is ok with what I sell, paypal isn't.
