create paypal with wrong address, OK?

I want to create a new paypal account.

I will verify it with my another bank account.
However, ebay know my address.

May I use a wrong address? And If I have to use a credit card address?

The address on ebay and paypal must be the same.

Only your ebay/paypal accounts must be the same. Your bank account must be all your real information.

paypal asked me verify the （ID, invoice,etc）last week and limit my paypal.

If I create a new paypal with a new bank account, they will do that again?

You never know what paypal will ask you for. Just depends on what they feel like doing. Photoshop does wonderful things as well.

may I change the paypal address AFTER I pass the paypal verify?

use a new email and link it to my old paypal account, it's not work?

No don't change the address. The Paypal address has nothing to do with the bank account address. Paypal doesn't know the address you have on your bank account.

No never do that with an email. The old paypal account is no longer any use with ebay. If you make new ebay/paypal everything must be new & never never used before.
