Hi

I am based in UK, Paypal are asking for business info and address, idont have a ltd company so should i just ring and tell them im sole trader? would that help? or would they need some documents?

Business information means your sole trader info
Not every business is ltd company

Provide them what they asking

Calling is usually more helpful in my opinion, things get done faster, feigning ignorance. Just tell them your a one man band, they will feel pleased they have joined the dots in knowing your a sole trader etc. Just make sure you have all your stealth info written out in front of you. No long pauses when they ask for your identity/bank cards etc.

Avoid calling them best to send the info though PayPal site whatever they asking if you don't get reply then call them
