money stuck in limited paypal account
 

Hello .
I have been a little curious about what happens to all money stuck in thousands of limited paypal accounts that owners of these accounts can't withdraw the money due to not adding a bank account or putting a different address that they can't receive a check ???

i have 2 accounts that have this problem and members in this forum tells me that this money is probably wasted you cannot withdraw .
I believe there are thousands of such accounts that is millions of dollars stuck in limited accounts where do this amount of money go eventually ??

The money remains stuck until cleared by "account owner". Definitely high probability of tons of cash tied up like this.

yep and they may soon have to start turning over to state treasury unclaimed money dept but thats still being debated
