| | | iceman420 | 05-15-2018 04:48 PM | post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request..." I received the email my funds were elgible for withdrawl. I already had a bank account ready and added and confirmed. I went to withdraw the amount less then $900 , i tried with $10 for the first withdrawal but get the error "were sorry, we cannot process your transaction at this time please try again later"
So I tried this on another one of my stealth accounts that was also post 180 days, were I can only withdraw 1000$/mo so I went to withdraw (mind you ive already withdrawn 1000 from this account a month ago, and got the same error from paypal. are they trying to keep my money?! geez ive never had issues withdrawing after 180 days before.. |
| phaz0rz | 05-15-2018 05:04 PM | Re: post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request... Could be related to the TOS update that went into effect last month. I don't really know. Someone else made a thread identical to yours this morning. Seems like this is becoming common. |

I had the same issue, and I have two US PayPal accounts and im login them both from a VPN service, when I talk to PayPal they said its because im login from a VPN service and ask me to try after 72 hours using a regular internet connection inside US without using any VPN.
I really need to fix this issue ASAP |

I really need to fix this issue ASAP | im using a jetpack from verizon... no vpn, not sure what the crackdown is
just tried on a sprint hotspot as well still same, 'cannot process at this time' when i try to withdraw |
| oshadavidu87 | 05-17-2018 02:07 AM | Re: post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request... That mean there is nothing to do with the VPN connection, it might be a technical issue of their own, better to wait sometime and try again.
One PayPal customer care lady told that they cannot even see the error message we see, they said all are good Quote:

| invincible | 05-17-2018 06:52 PM | Re: post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request... yep i think they are doing that on purpose. They permanent limited me yesterday with 4k in it. So got my lawyer to write a letter, so they let me withdraw money out but had this same error. So supervisor did manual transfer. Problem solved! |

So you had a "lawyer" send them a letter to release your stealth paypal money? |

| nodeal | 05-21-2018 04:10 PM | Re: post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request... Well one account got the funds released by calling them. Said it was past the 180 days and I wanted to transfer my money. I had to speak with a supervisor and after the usual, they did a Manual transfer which they said was still subject to a 48 hour review before being released. We will see. |

1. Have you called up PP? |
| oshadavidu87 | 06-19-2018 02:21 AM | Re: post 180 days, got email eligible for withdrawl but 'cant process your request... Hi,
I have the same issue, I have two PP accounts and one is a business and other one is a personal,
Im login in to my US PP accounts via a dedicated IP, first they said im hiding my actual location and ask me to login from a regular internet connection inside US and try to withdraw funds but I cannot do that because im not inside US.
even I've tried many different ways but still they said im hiding my location, some times they wont talk about the location issue but they ask me to answer the public record information questions and it was not successful.
I talk to them many times and finally one representative help me to downgrade my business PP account to a personal one and ask me to withdraw the fund by accessing the below link www.paypal.com/wdfunds
then I was able to withdraw the funds to my checking account.
The other personal PP does not have bank account attached and I had to talk to them many time to link a bank account, one representative help me to link a bank account after the phone verification is done.
So I have finally withdraw all the fund by accessing the above link
My advice is:
1). If you have a business PP got limited ,call them and ask them to downgrade to personal PP, or else you can try login to your account downgrade it to a personal PP by your self and go the above link and withdraw the funds to your linked bank accounts
2). You have keep calling them because some PP representatives wont ask about public record informations but they might ask for the phone verification codes
3). Make sure you can access the phone verification codes somehow, else it will be little difficult them to verify the account if not they might ask for the public record info. because they want to verify the account in anyways specially for US PP
4). If you have not link any bank accounts to your limited PP, keep calling them someone will help you, in my case they have ask for the phone verification and then only they allow me to add the bank account and i withdraw all the funds by accessing the above link
5). Keep calling them, dont be afraid to talk them, you just need to keep calling until you succeed
Thank you Quote:
