Paypal Limited Drivers ID Uploaded

Weird issue i had 2 paypal accounts limited about 2 weeks ago both medium limitation both paypal asked for drivers id, i uploaded them, within 2-3 hrs the limitation message on my paypal homepage was gone on both accounts but they didn't send me any email notification on if it was restored or not which i'm assuming they are because my first account i was able to withdraw money to my bank account my second account i have $600 on hold because i haven't shipped any items yet,

so should i ship now and proceed like normal or wait for email notification keep in my the first account is restored for sure

and is not getting a paypal restored notification to your email normal

If the first account is restored and so does the 2nd one and still is no problem after 24 hours, I'd take the chance and ship the product asap.
Then get a good feedback from customer so your funds get released soon.

After that, I'd hop on a different eBay Stealth account while this one cools down. Wait and see.

I just received a medium limitation on my stealth paypal account. It is linked to a very good Ebay account. They want my driver's license - can I upload a photo of a **** one? or Is there a way to connect a new paypal account to my Ebay account?
