ya most of my bills except some things i buy for myself each month woud not take paypal. i wonder if i can open a stealth paypal and do a transfer as if its a service i bought.. what do you think?

It's a hit and miss. Sometimes it buys sometimes it blocks.

Repeated transfers can cause problems and limitations - sometimes this has happened even after 1 "transfer"
