We noticed some unusual activity - Need bypass help please
 

I'm getting the following notice when I attempt to log into some of my accounts:

"We noticed some unusual activity

We need your help securing your account to prevent unauthorized access. For your safety, there may be some limitations on your account until you take action."

I don't have access to the originating phone number so I do a password change by receiving an email and verifying my credit card on file. When I attempt to login with the new password I get the same message listed above. In other words, the old phone verify bypass trick doesn't work. Any suggestions without calling PayPal?
