family paypal account permanently limited.

A couple of months ago I got permanently limited on paypal. Not knowing the potential consequences, i decided to sell on my ebay account (which isn't banned) using my brothers paypal account. He got limited after my first sale, and then perma limited after he sent in documents like id and proof of address. How can he get unlimited? is it possible to do so?

that's unfortunate. Nothing you can do now. Both your accounts are gone.

The only way is to follow the ebay stealth. And read it carefully, follow the steps well.
If you can, pair it up with an IPburger VPN just for added security.
