Limited Cyprus PP won't show USA Bank to withdraw
 
Hi
I was planning to withdraw to a USA bank account but there is no option for that.
PP just asks for IBAN and seems to accept bank accounts only from European countries.
How am I going to withdraw the money?

Doesn't Cypress Paypal allow (Visa) card withdrawals?

I don't think they ever allowed withdrawals to US bank accounts.

I don't have any Visa card or bank account from Cyprus nor any other European countries.

Well you live in Cyprus so wouldn't it be a simple matter to open a Cyprus bank account? Should be much easier than opening a US one.

Tried calling PP to add in the US bank account?
