my account has 400$ and it got limited.

i live in pakistan and paypal is ban here so i used my freinds phone number to make it,he added ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info and name never added a card any ideas on how to get it unlocked

First of all you should your flag to reflect the country youre in.
And we will need a LOT more info on the situation in order to offer advice.
What country is the account from? how old? how many transactions on it? for what? Why was it limited? What are they asking for to get it reinstated?
More info please - and don't forget to change your flag to the appropriate one.
