Using a foreign passport to unlimit usa account

hey guys quick question, has anyone here used a foreign passport or any other foreign ID to unlimit there paypal? Obviously if so did it work...cheers

Foreign ID for USA account...I have not - not sure if PP will look favourably on this

Usually the "photo ID" requirement they will want to see the document for the same country that matches the PayPal. Do you have a drivers license or ID card issued in the USA?

I did. Chinese passport for US paypal. I said I was an international student.
