Withdraw money after 180 day hold
 

Hello,

I have couple of paypal accounts with over 1k~$
Its my old accounts which were limited and they deleted it. I mean it had 180 day hold etc.
Now i can withdraw the money ( i got emails)
Paypal are USA account (iam not from US so i dont have any bank account to withdraw it)
How i can withdraw the money?
Can i create some US account ? (Iam from poland)
Or is there any way i can withdraw the money? Because i cant send to another paypal because they closed my paypal (the 180 day hold ofc)
How can i withdraw it? What i can do? Any bank? Or some other thing?
Or call paypal and beg so they can send to another paypal? Or please just tell me what i can do :P

ps. Dont tell me i'm noob :P It was like a loong time ago. Already making accounts on my country and have posibility of withdraw :P and ofc i withdraw it very fast so when i got limited i dont loose much etc :P Old times i was dumb ^^

So you have US accounts but you are from Poland and have a Vietnam flag. That is very confusing... I never get why people make things so complicated.

Your going to need a US bank account. You should be able to open one locally if your in Poland just google a few local banks and ask them

I dont know why i have vietnam flag :P Yea made US account at the start:P was newbie. Atm of course only making paypal accounts where i live and everything is okey.
You mean i can open US account in Poland ? Locally? I dont think we have any US banks in Poland o.O or i dont know what you mean?

You will need to get the appropriate bank for those PP accounts - US bank is the default one and acceptable by all.

If you can't get one, you either need to take a trip to USA and make them - or speak to HSBC which have US-based accounts - or get someone with USA bank access to help you withdraw....

And its possible to open US bank account? I mean if you are not from USA.
Any US account which PP accepts?

I am not sure how it works for people outside of North America. I am based in Canada so I have driven down across the border and done US bank opening in person. Few US banks were also open to Canadians sending documents via mail to open accounts.

Some usa banks have branches in Eu. You don't have to go to usa to open one.
