PayPal keeps limiting me

Why do i keep getting limited? I don't even log into the paypal, i just create the account and use it to receive money from ebay sales but i keep getting limited? What is paypal detecting?

What do you use to separate cookies? What IP do you use? How do you make your account. Lots of information missing here.

I create my accounts on vmware, diff private proxies and different gmails, different names address and information. Everything is unique

Proxy is a definite no no, there may be more problems in the way you are operating your acccounts

Definitely.
That's pretty much the only factor that you listed that sound like a problematic one - unless there are other things youre doing that you didn't mention (such as selling high risk items and such).

how much money do you receive after creation? Is your paypal verified? Odds are your receiving to much money at once. Is your proxy 100% anon on whoer?

So you didnt use a proxy to make the PayPal? Or you did use a proxy?

"ithelps" if you tell us step by step how you're making/using the accounts so we can see where it is things are going wrong. :)

You must be repeating the same mistake each time you make the account.

Step by step write-up is needed for clear analysis otherwise seems like the login-using-proxy is the issue.

paypal detects ip , browser cookies, so clear them before you set off
