Limited for over 2 years, want to renew
 

Hi Guys,
My name is Guy, I was selling on eBay for about a year or two until both my eBay and Paypal account were closed/limited (Not at the same time).

I just moved to a different apartment, planning to change my bank account soon and get a new Credit card,

Will this be enough to open a new account on Paypal without getting banned again?

or do I need to format my computer or at least open a new user in Windows? (And maybe ask my internet provider to provide me with a new IP?)

Did anyone made it?

You can open a stealth account yes, but not one in your own details again

New user account and a new IP is all you need on your PC

New user account will suffice.

I would recommend you read the stealth guide. It will cover everything you need to know.

yes you 100% can (( if you did not upload your ID's info to pp )) but change IP .. .... i have real experience ... opened 3 pp accounts with same name but everything is different (( address , bank acc , IP )) ...everytime one or 2 yrs between each account , works 100% great ... i have my account limited few days ago for other reason not for reason they linked to old accounts ..

My own details are Name, Sure name and birth date.
What else did you mean by my own details?


I think I did upload my ID.... am I done?
