paypal put my account on limited bc had to many disputes with stuff i bought on line and i talked to them about getting it off limted and they said i they can't bc of their policy want to stop paying pay pal since i can't use it anymore can they sue me? i have 5 other credits i pay on that i use i only get so much money a month. i did close these disptues and still they won't take it off limited.

What is it you are paying them for? Do you have credit with them?

Not sure what your query is, are you are buyer or seller? Sounds like you're a buyer having issues with too many disputes opened for items you purchased.

They can place whatever balance you have with them to collections which would/could hurt your credit.

Sue you? I doubt it unless it's a large amount of money we're talking about.
