US Business PayPal account permanently limited for no reason.
 

Hello, to everyone
Recently my U.S. business PayPal account was permanently limited,
coz according to them I can't have business PayPal account if I'm not U.S. citizen this clearly against to their User agreement.

On their User Agreement says "you must be a U.S. citizen if your account is personal".

I have everything like EIN, Business license etc. (LLC was setup in DE state)

So everything begin because I've connect aged eBay accounts with regular sales to my new PP account and for the next 4-5 days I made $1K turnover.

Every time when I called them, every rep told me different things.
Someone of them said the reason is that I don't log in to my PayPal account with U.S. IP address.
The next one told me that my business model is highly risk that's why they banned my account.

Of course I can't withdraw my money for the next 180 days.

Last time when I spoke them they said:

"Sorry this decision cannot be change"

According to you guys what can I do in this case?
They don't accept my appeal.
How can I recover my account? Is there anything can be done with this?
Again I have all the documentation for opening U.S. business account..

Just like they've told you, the account can't be recovered.

You took in way too much money too quickly on a new account. You were labeled as "high risk" because you let your sales volume go too high before building trust with Paypal. In reality it has little to do with your business model. It's important that you start slow and build up to larger payment volumes on new Paypal accounts. It's common sense. Paypal doesn't ask 100 questions about your business or require an application process for you to open account like other payment providers do, so you have to build trust with them over time. They don't know anything about you so they assume all new accounts intend to run off with customer funds.

If you were logging in with a non-US IP address that could have been a factor in your account restriction, but the high sales volume is almost certainly what got your account reviewed and then shut down.

Your biggest mistake was connect aged ebay account to NEW paypal account. Paypal hate new paypal accounts now. For new paypal accounts need build history. This process can take 2-3-4 months. Best solution for you is purchase 3-4 years old paypal account with history and link to old ebay account.

There's no such thing as getting suspended/limited for "no reason".

There is ALWAYS a reason. The limiitation occured might might not seem obvious to you, or even the clueless agents at PP, but if you think it through, you can figure it out on your own.

I will make a new LLC and will try again after few months.
Now I'm using my personal PayPal account which is not a U.S. PayPal.
@agent006140 - I don't know... I had only 2.
The first one is my personal which currently I'm using and the second one was business.


Last question is there any chance to get my money sooner that the usually waiting period of 180 days?

Unfortunately this is the end of the line for this account.

I highly recommend you look into ebay stealth and ipburger for your VPN

May I know why said to have look at eBay stealth accounts?
I don't have problem with my eBay account right now..
About the VPN service. Few weeks ago I have been using PureVPN Dedicated service, even using dedicated service one of the reps from PayPal during the call asked me whether using any VPN.
So if this possible for them to catch us who use VPN and who not,
what about this IPBURGER VPN, can they find out again about using VPN?
What is your thoughts about this VPN?

Because ebay stealth accounts can help you diversify and basically not put all eggs in one basket. It'll help you generate more money too while you keep your original account safe.

For VPN, there's way too many services that offer this but I find that they are not stable or they recycle IPs which causes all type of issues.

I tested IPburger myself for 3 months and now I have a 1 year membership. So far they are perfect and I haven't encountered any issues.

I also think they have a 52% off or so right now.

This is why we tell people not to attach new PP's to old EB's or vice versa.

This game is ended, and you lost. They'll never let you back on with the info you used.

You're going to have to go stealth.
