will use sister account, only for paypal

Hi, I got my paypal account closed
my sister will open a new account, but lives at the same address
sure I got a new ip and everything
will paypal limit her account
it will not be used with ebay, just to make payments and send invoices
please help

No way would I use your sister's account AND the same address. paypal are getting worse about checking families' accounts. paypal will put a limit on any account if it so wants. Think carefully about this.
