Ssn help on limited account...my last step..help!

Hey guys, so much account was recently limited with over $1,000 in it and since I recently moved, I was able to confirm my location along with my ID and proof of address...however, I can't use my real SSN because its already associated with a previous limited account, at my old address.... Is there any way around this so i can get the limit lifted on my account? Thanks!
