Paypal Limited

Hi, I have a stealth Paypal account which was limited, now its requesting a photo ID, was wondering if you guys know anyone creative who can assist with this.

You can do some simple editing etc. to provide some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documents but from my experience, this has never worked. Once you're asked for identity verification, the account is toast.
