Limited paypal, problems with Ebay
 

Hello,

I'm seeking for some guidance, please.

I was selling software licences on Ebay and my ads got removed due to Copyright Violation. I wasn't aware that it was illegal to sell those... Yes, I understand fully, how stupid it all sounds, but I'm a naive guy it seems, I was convinced by someone it's okay to sell those... So now that I've sold a couple of them, of course my paypal account access got limited. I've even added a VCC to that account, if that matters at all.

Because, I'm completely new to this, I haven't made any invoices (I don't have a company registered), my stuff was sent digitally - via personal messages and on email etc. and now Paypal is wanting me too:
- provide shipment info (for 1 product)
- provide invoice
- upload a photo ID (stealth)

The 2nd thing that's bothering me is that I've made a couple of sales of said products, yet I can only see 1 on the ebay's sold list, it's probably the one they want me to provide the shipment info for.

Would I still be able to somehow retreive the funds I got stuck on that paypal account, even if it's buying some stuff? What's going with ebay's sold items, do they want me to solve that 1 sale first and then move on the next ones or is something else in play here?
