Can you start selling on eBay without a vcc or bank attached to your PayPal? Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section

You can do yes, although it does increase the change of a limitation

Yes you can. Recently, paypal has been requiring a bank account to accept payments. This may happen.

Thanks guys! What if I receive money from eb sales in that paypa l and want to make ebay purchases or purchases from sites.via PayPa l will I need a to attach a bank or card at that point?

In theory no

However sometimes PayPal will not let you spend the balance if the account isn’t verified

Paypal may impose limits on purchases...even to the point of 0.

With bank or credit card on file, the account gets a more flexibility most of the time

Thank you. I plan on putting a visa card on file.but no bank account
