PayPal Limited "We noticed some unusual activity on the credit card"...
 

I have been taking things slow with this account, but this just popped up in my email. I have never used the card attached to my stealth. Why would this happen?

Usually it's down to a poor quality VCC being used. A lot of non-AVS cards get hit with this type of limitation. Usual steps to resolve are provide photo ID and credit card statement.

Thanks for the clarification, once I provide the information do you recommend I remove that VCC from the account and replace it with a better quality one? I would like to avoid more limitations going forward

Also are these types of limitations usually lifted when docs are submitted? Or is this a hard limitation to get past? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I submitted the docs they requested, but after the fact I realized that my CC statement does not match the same bank as the BIN on the VCC (piece of crap Vietnam VCC). I am 100% sure the different currency is what caused the limitation. Does PayPal go in depth with this when looking at the statement?

Am I screwed? I had close to 1k in the account, caught me in the middle of withdrawing each day to my bank. =/
