Paypal "Resolve issues in your other account"

Hi there,

My paypal accounts got linked. One of the account had a debt amount of $60 but, I already paid it off in full.

However, my second account still shows a message "Resolve issues in your other account" Even though the debt had already been paid.

I did not get email stating I can make a withdraw after 180 days either.

Please help!

When this happened to me it took a few days for it to be reinstated.
