Paypal Limited - Question

Recently created a new paypal and eBay, both account have been up and running a little over a month.

Im at 83 postive feedback with 0 paypal complaints.

I get hit with the please set credit check address and provide SSN for verification.

Back history, I had a previous eBay and Paypal, same name, same address, same phone, just different bank accounts this time.

I go to verify social, it won't verify because its currently attached to my old shut down account.

Question is, if I provide a scan of my social security card, whats my chance of having the limitation removed.

I would think if they were going to shut me down, just my name and address matching both accounts would be enough. But as I mentioned I have sold for over a month with no problems.

if you input same ssn as you did for banned account, you will probably be linked and shutdown.

A clue is to think about other ways of giving them your new accounts id that they may be satisfied with...

You are now linked and when the automated account scanner bumps into you, you're done. If you send in a scan, fax, or copy of your SS card, you will be done even sooner.

If you have any funds in the new PP, get them out. Close the bank accounts and cancel any credit cards connected to or used with that PP. Hurry.

When you make the new PP, you can not use anything you have ever used before. Nothing.
