It would be very hard, if it's possible at all. You could "get creative" with a photo ID. But unless you've been sending your codes in the mail with tracking (as is usually recommended for people selling digital items) it's going to be hard for you to provide #2. I'm assuming #3 would be impossible but that depends on what you were selling.

No. The new Paypal would be linked to your old one and limited as well.

Read the stealth guide - digital items are VERY risky to sell.

What's your IP? What's your address? Etc - list details of account setup for help.

And don't be so demanding :thumb:

and i want try link another paypal ,, could i add it directly from listin or need open setting and remove old first ?
