Default 180 days nobody wants to give me money

So,my account was limited for 180 days I tried to withdraw to my bank they said,I can't because of the "system" they have in place. I have to wait (x) unknown number of days and try again.(They said,I have permission to withdraw funds I just cant because of the sophisticated system in place)They said,I could submit ID to have the funds released to a check(obviously I don't have). I just don't understand why they're requiring me to get an ID my last account didn't need one.Although it didn't have any transactions past the limitation date or the month it was suspended.

Ok, that's absolute nonsense coming from them.

You already have the bank in place and you shouldn't be held hostage.

Try calling again until you get someone who can help and release it .
PP monkeys are just that... monkeys, you might get a good person who is willing to help you.

If need be, sue them.

I spoke to several people there and they told me the same story.I can't transfer to my bank account and they can't over ride it because its so sophisticated. So I have to wait several unknown days.I'll call again, and speak to a supervisor but....I think its going to be the same.

I would phone back again in a few days

So long as its been 180 days since your last transaction 99% of the time they will let you withdraw the funds.

Its 180 Days past the date the limitation was placed, and they said I have permission to withdraw the funds. They just said its the system in placed and its so sophisticated they can't over ride it. I'm not sure

Its not from the date of the limitation, its from the date of the last transaction

You can get limited on the 1st January, but if you get a payment on the 2nd Feb it needs to be 180 days from that payment

That is at least my understanding

I mean regardless they said,I have permission to withdraw.Honestly though 5 people over there said It's 180 days from the date the limitation was placed and the other half say its 180 days from the last transaction date.

If it was a matter of it not being 180 days from the date of the transaction they would have told me that to begin with instead of making me go in circles.

PayPal employees have no idea what their own policies are

Has it been 180 days since the last transaction?

No,but they said even if I do wait 180 days since the last transaction there is no guarantee I will get the funds because of the system in place which they can't over ride.

Just so you know again,I spoke with several people even the supervisor,I have permission to withdraw they keep saying its a security issue.

I would wait until then and try.

Chances are you will be able to withdraw the funds then.

PayPal just stall lot and will not give you a straight answer

If thats the case, the doesn't make sense. My last account had no issues it was 180 days past the date of the limitation, and I was able to withdraw a check with no problems.I guess if,I wait until the October 14th(which would be the date past the last transaction) and I still don't get the funds I'm screwed

Its possible that that had passed 180 days since the transaction

Just give it a bit of time and then try again

Yeah,I'm just going to wait like you said. Something interesting happened though normally when I try to withdraw to check it says "Please Check your Info and try again" this time it said "We're not able to do this right now,Please try again". I do feel like,I did something wrong yesterday when I tried to withdraw 20 times maybe I messed up something.

Wait till it's definitely been 180 days since last transaction and the limitation, try again. If that fails I had decent success after emailing over 80 paypal email addresses and getting nowhere. I went on twitter and just started bashing #paypal. Within 2 days an english typing person responded to me in a non cookie cutter way.
