As far as I know Payoneer offer a "virtual bank" on USA. But if you don't know how to link it to your Paypal account ( I remember it has a little trick because Paypal had some issues with Payoneer before ) it's better to find someone who actually knows. There are many services of withdrawal money from limited Paypal, look for it. Cost is 40-50% of your funds or if you're lucky up to 20%.

You should try Payoneer US, it could work for this case, I've heard that some people in my country contacted Payoneer and then Payoneer gave them an US bank account that works for PayPal.

Thanks guys I will look into it. If they give one is it possible to get the money faster than 180 days?
And is there any trustable service HERE that does Withdrawal from limited accounts.
