Withdrawing To A Debit Card.
 

PayPal allows me to withdraw by debit card, but is it possible with mismatched names? For the address, I know that you can change your address in PayPal.

It depends on the card issuer, not PayPal.
So your only option here is to try and see for yourself (use a small amount and see if it goes through)

After PP accepted your card there should be no issues to withdraw. As Othmane said it depends on the bank issued the card. It is not good idea to change the address in PP.

When you creating PP account you must match the address numeric portion and ZIP from the debit card.

Normally when you verify the card it should say "Accepts Withdrawals" or words to that effect

Zip = postal code in any country other than USA.

What he means is the number part of your street address + your postal code should be the same on your Paypal account and your debit card, because those are checked. (I've always thought it was the whole street address and not just the numerical portion, but I'll take Aguero's word here).

So if the address on your PP account is :
JOHN JONES
123 MAIN ST
MONTREAL QC H3Z 2Y7
CANADA

Then, at least the things in bold below would need to match on your debit card :
JOHN JONES
123 MAIN ST
MONTREAL QC H3Z 2Y7
CANADA
