Can I request a check by mail to my real address?
 
Paypal won't let me add a bank without photo id even though it's past the 180 days so the only other option is a check. Can I change the address to my current address? Or will Paypal not even send it out?

Doubt you can change the address without a call to PP - and I can see PP thinking this is quite fishy...

Well yes you can, go onto your paypal account and change address, then request a check.

Well it worked for me? Just logged on and changed address and they sent me a check.
