Limited Paypal account
 

Hi,

Just sold an item on ebay for £800 and the paypal account has practically instanly been limited. The account is obviously new and was made around last week-ish. Any way I can lift the limitation without sending in the documents they've asked for or should I just leave it as it is?

Also, my account has a bank linked to it so just wondering what's gonna happen if i don't send info and leave the account how it is.

Even if you send the docs, you're likely gonna be permlimited, nothing is gonna happen if you don't send the info, the money will be held for 180days after a certain point.

I would try sending in xxxx documents but probably will not work.

Hah. Porn documents aren't going to work.

@OP - Your options are to either provide the documents they want, or wait 6 months and hope you don't run into any problems trying to withdraw the money then. I'm only saying that because a lot of UK users on here recently have been having problems withdrawing funds after 180 days. UK PP keeps insisting users verify their identity with documents post-180days in order to withdraw.
