Can Canada paypal used in US EBAY selling?

I live in US and I plan to buy a stealth account from here, but I saw a lot of members have problems with Paypal. Paypal will ask for the SSN if their sales approach the projected selling limit of 20k/200 sales per year, and there is no good way to solve that. So I just wondering if I can buy a Canada paypal which do not need SSN and linked it to my US eBay Stealth account to withdraw money. Is this way work? Thank you for your answer.

You can get an EIN, every country has a tax threshold pretty sure.

@OP - Go CA/CA not US/CA.

Listen to phaz0rz and also, do not think for a second that Canada pp is free for all - there are thresholds and velocity monitoring in effect.
