Paypal account limited after submitting ID and tracking
 
Is this happening to anyone else? I've always had successful lift on restriction after submitting ID and tracking. But my last 2 Paypal accounts that were limited (right after 1st sale/payment received too) did not get restored even after submitting proof of shipping and ID..:mad2:

Have they been reviewed, and verdict has come through? or still in review?

How long as has it been?

It's been reviewed and verdict is appeal denied. But in the past for these systematic limitations after one sale, I usually get it lifted right away after submitting ID.. now it's not working..

Did you change anything recently in your setup? Your IP address, etc?

It could very well be the item you are selling also, maybe it wasn't "risky" before but now it is.

Things change with regards to security when it comes to PayPal. What worked yesterday might not work today.

No, I purchased multiple accounts from same seller on here, some accounts from the seller are working fine.. it seems to be random although I am probably doing something minuscule to set off flags.

It seems that once they ask for ID it depends on a certain time frame when and how you submit it.

Could be that whatever you are selling is now more restricted by PP leading to non-reinstatement
